As a certified holistic health coach, I help women with their mental and physical health. I’m also on my own wellness journey, always striving to feel my best and live my happiest life.
Hey there, I’m Kate
I got into wellness because I was SO tired of not feeling great.
Physically I was tired and had no energy. Mentally I was irritable and grumpy, a side effect of stress and anxiety.
I taught myself how to eat better and manage my mind in order to find more energy and happiness.
Of course I had my ups and downs over the years and it took some practice to get consistent with my healthy habits, but overall my anxiety decreased, my energy and productivity increased, I felt happier, more at ease, my relationships felt easier, work felt easier, and I was just in a better, more positive mood all the time.
In 2020 I enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition because I realized health and wellness was my passion and I wanted to guide others toward feeling better.
I focus on nutrition + mind management because it’s a 2-pronged approach that can completely transform you inside and out. Better nutrition gives you the ENERGY you need to live life, and mind management reduces anxiety and improves your mood.
Combine both of these things and you have a recipe for an awesome, happy life.
